Small but very efficient business

Matt was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and repaired it quickly. We will be calling him again.

My renewer notified me that the washing machine was not working. I came by and the start/knob was just spinning. I called Delmarva and Matt showed up and quickly found that it had been turned the wrong way and unscrewed. Simply retightened it and I was all set. He did not charge me. Great customer service. I will use him for any and all future calls. Highly recommended !!

Did the refrig repair quickly.

This visit occurred during the pandemic (05/22/20), and the repairman refused to properly wear a mask. He did not want to in the first place, then when I asked him to he put it on under his nose. He came in, took our dryer apart, then entered our living space to talk to us. We asked him to pull his mask up over his nose before talking to us, but he refused, citing asthma. He then stated we would need to find someone else and left, without putting the parts back. Very angry and unprofessional. I do not know about their mechanical skills, but their customer care is really bad. The asthma excuse is nonsense, as both my wife and my daughter have asthma but are fully able to wear masks. I would think someone with asthma would want to be even more careful about going into strangers houses. Personally, if he had just said right up front he would not wear a mask, he could have just left without coming in and I would not be writing this review. But coming in, touching stuff, and being really nasty and angry is just not acceptable. We called a different repair company and they had no problem with taking precautions that were acceptable to us.

He came pulled frige out of cubby hole and after taking back off knew immediately what the problem was. Replaced part with different tubing and put fridge back. Then told me to turn it off and wait 12-16 hrs for the line to thaw completely. Now I wait til tomorrow.

After rearranging their schedule to suit mine the tech that arrived on time very polite, courteous and clean was able to analyze and come up with a solution to fix the problem within a hour. I myself deal with contractors constantly Delmarva appliance stands alone in there field. Very experienced with their work and I would not recommend anyone else. 5⭐

This company is awful,to put it bluntly they are rip off artists! At the very least they are a bungling bunch of back water dumb a****!

This was my first time using home adviser and response was fast. The contractor was also responded with service quickly.
