"I purchased a pelletstove last year and had them install it. This year we turn it on and with in a few days black smoke was coming from the pellets not knowing what to do we called them we have a warranty right should be free I don't have a job since covid I'm not stressed. They come the clamp used in piping was loose at the base where the stove connects to pipe that runs outside. They tightened it and charged me a discounted service charge. Why am I being charged at all I was told it was in a gray area so its my fault and too bad my kids suffer for Christmas. I even explained my situation and was told sorry but that's your circumstance you still need to pay. I will be telling everyone I know and I have several friends that are in the market for a wood stove won't be from them."
