I purchased a pelletstove last year and had them install it. This year we turn it on and with in a few days black smoke was coming from the pellets not knowing what to do we called them we have a warranty right should be free I don't have a job since covid I'm not stressed. They come the clamp used in piping was loose at the base where the stove connects to pipe that runs outside. They tightened it and charged me a discounted service charge. Why am I being charged at all I was told it was in a gray area so its my fault and too bad my kids suffer for Christmas. I even explained my situation and was told sorry but that's your circumstance you still need to pay. I will be telling everyone I know and I have several friends that are in the market for a wood stove won't be from them.

The employees at the White Marsh store have been pleasant and helpful. They always load my car for me with a sweet attitude. The selection of pellets can't be beat! They are one of the only carriers of the Turman pellets.

It went very well- from the time I scheduled the appointment, to the time the technician came out. He had to order the part and come back out to repair, and it all went well.

THE COURTLAND HARDWARE SALESPERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAS FIREPLACES. THEY HELPED US SELECT THE RIGHT SIZE GAS FIREPLACE FOR OUR LARGE BASEMENT. HE SHOWED PATIENCE WHILE WE WERE CHOOSING. IT WORKS GREAT.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. THE MOWER WAS LEFT AT COURTLAND FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND REPAIRED. EVERY THING WAS DONE WELL AND THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. THE MOWER WAS DONE WHEN WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE.

WE HAD TO DROP THE SCREEN OFF. THEY DID NOT CALL WHEN THE SCREEN WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP, AND IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS TO GET THE SCREEN. THE SCREEN IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.

THE SCREENS WERE FROM A BEACH HOUSE, SO THEY'RE EXPOSED TO SALTY AIR. THE FRAMES COULD NOT BE USED, SO NEW FRAMES WERE MADE. THEY'VE REALLY HELD UP WELL.
