Java Garage Auto Repair & U-Haul Rental

I love this garage. We've been going there for about three years now and they are always very professional and friendly. It is a family run business with very personalized service and I like that they aren't a big franchise. They take great care of our truck and always check other things over to make sure that it drives safely. The appointment was quick and easy. We drive to the dump about twice a month and I picked up something sharp in the tire. My auto insurance took care of the flat while it was in our driveway thankfully and put on the spare. We'd been driving on the spare for a bit but it is good to have the real tire back on the vehicle and have a spare again.

The service was excellent.  I have used them for 2 years.  Mechanic is great, doesn't do work you don't need.  Manager is professional, friendly.  Great work at a fair price.  Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Their service was good. They had everything ready for me.

They allowed us to move it ourselves.  We were given the option of moving it ourselves or they can help move it.  If they moved it, it would be a lot more.  They let us rent their truck to move.

They took very good care of me. I would suggest making the arrangements early, so that you will know where the vehicle is located. They do have a disclaimer that the specific truck might not be available at a specific location.

The reason we went with U-Haul, is the convience of drop off.  They are a bit more expensive than the others, but there are many more U-Haul outlets than any other rental providers.  We were happy with the service and equipment provided.  The truck was brand new and clean.  We would use them again.

It is around $75 per day.  I give them the highest ratings and will use them again in the future. 

The overall experience was excellent. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

They had the truck read for us. They were very accommodating.

Everyone around here if they think of moving they think of them. Their prices are fair, and they are reliable. The thing I appreciate about is that I can call and say that here is what I am doing and what do I need, and they are knowledgeable enough to be able to help me get the right thing I need to rent. I think it’s important as a women that when I go somewhere, and I am asking somebody they don’t treat me like I am dumb, and that the thing I appreciate about is this at when I go and I ask that I am trying to move this they don’t act like I’ve lost my mind, but they just say that this one will probably be better for my needs. I take such a note on professionalism because that’s important as a woman. They have not done anything to upset me or mess around or look me over.

They gave me a good deal in comparison to another company that gave me the truck for 5 days.  They gave me $100 less in comparison to the other company and even though they didn’t give me unlimited miles they gave an additional 200 miles in case of an emergency.  They were very competitive and very professional.  I will use them again in the future.

I liked that they have places everywhere and they have everything I need for moving. I have recommended them. They were good.

The truck was old. It had poor gas mileage. The customer service was excellent. They lost my receipt, but they emailed it to me.

He explained everything to me step by step. They get five stars. He pointed everything out to me and how it works. He enjoyed telling me how it worked and what to check for on the road. He told me to take it to a Uhaul where ever you go if you have trouble. He gave me all kinds of advice and I didn't ask for it.

They did a pretty good job and they were professional.  I would recommend them to others.  There were two people who unloaded the truck and they were pretty friendly.  They showed up late but that was because of their GPS.
