During one phase of the project something happened beyond their control and they were quick to provide a solution and move forward. I also liked the materials and the methods used to make the patio. Joe didn't just throw down the polymer fill material and use a floor broom to fill in the between the bloc. He put the material down slowly, one bag at a time, and filled in the joints by hand with a hand broom. This made for a very professional and clean look to the last phase of the project. Joe and his team were meticulous and did not rush. Family visited a few days after the edging and patio were complete and were quite impressed by the look and quality of the work.
