So I guess ECC does not value its' reputation. In a nutshell. ECC was contracted to repoint a 3-story rowhouse. To say progress has been slow would be an understatement. Contract was signed and approved on June 26, 2025. December 17, 2025, 6 months later I am still waiting for word, a completion date or any interest in completing this project. The job was basically left in a stand still, after the first visit. I was left with an industrial size bag of garbage in front of my home. A friend informed me a rat was scrounging around the bag. And yes, one was inside my house. I had to pay 1.800.Got Junk to remove the bag. Numerous texts, calls, pleas and for the most part of I have been ghosted. My last text was on November 20th. Angie if is this is how you run your business, I want no part of it"

The absolute minimal grading was completed, and the concrete was poured in the rain making the finish rough and dirty and the concrete leaked into the driveway. Had to contact multiple times to get the tent removed and concrete cleaned up. I do appreciate the grass that was put down. Definitely a little disappointed that the minimum was done. Wish I had only paid half up front so they would have come back quicker to complete the job."
