"I wish there was an extra star to give them. Rick and crew showed up on time as promised. They are very professional and conscientious. The gutters were cleaned as promised. The fascia repair appeared initially to be superficial and cosmetic, but turned out to be more damage than first thought. Their carpentry skills are excellent. They were patient and took the time to do the repair correctly to ensure no further damage results. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again for other home repairs and maintenance."

They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

Ken Cook has been installing residential roofs and ventilation systems for over 35 years. Cook's Roofing is certified by the Certain Teed Corporation to operate as a select shingle roofing company. This allows our company to extend material and labor guarantees for longer periods than the competition. Cook's has two crews and two lead roofers are certified Master Shingle Applicators. Our foreman has been employed by us for over 13 years. According to the building inspector's office, Cook's pulls more permits for roof construction in the town of Bellingham than any other contractor. In 1992 when many of the shingle manufactures were having trouble with their fiberglass shingles, the ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials) developed testing for shingles that showed many problems with roof shingles.
