Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"Kevin was highly recommended via a post I made on Facebook looking for a local plumber. He arrived at my home that day to assess the issue we had with our bathroom sink. He then told me his game plan for the following day to remedy our leaking, plugged drain. He showed up the following morning and by noon time he was finished. Left the bathroom in better shape than it was in. He even replaced the plunger in the sink because he noticed a small leak there too. Removed the wainscoting and removed the wall behind it and was able to reuse the wainscoting and trim mold back as if nothing was disturbed. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction.
