"I had my roof replaced. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very personable. Bridget was amazing. Communication was great throughout the entire process and I was satisfied with the results."

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"I recently got my bathroom floor tiles changed with Flavius. He did a wonderful job! Took his time to properly install the flooring and even fixed the base flooring to make sure no issues will come up later on. I would definitely recommend him for your tile installation."

"A+++ Patriot was SUBSTANTIALLY less than all the other quotes I received. I wish we called them first! The remodeling project exceeded all expectations, transforming the bathroom into a stunning, modern space. The old bathtub, which had been in use for 25 years, was becoming increasingly difficult for a 90-year-old to navigate due to its high step. Now, thanks to the thoughtful renovation, there is a comfortable and easily accessible shower that allows me to sit down and enjoy the experience without any struggle. The new design is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional, making my daily routine much more enjoyable and safe."

"Had the Collazo crew come out to custom make and install shelving in a tight space in my bathroom. It came out better then I could have imagined. They really outside themselves. Definitely will be calling them back for my next project."

From start to finish, the staff demonstrated the utmost professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Every team member was knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to answer all my questions, making me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The installation itself was impeccable! The quality of their work is outstanding, and the result has transformed my bathroom into a space that feels brand new. The installers were meticulous, efficient, and respectful of my home, leaving everything spotless when they were done. Iâ m genuinely thrilled with the final product and the entire experience. Bathfitters truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and a beautiful bathroom makeover. "I recently had an emergency situation at my business. Construction was being done next-door and caused a lot of damage. I did a quick google search, desperately seeking help. Gisele was at my door within two hours. I was in tears from the sense of relief she gave me. I instantly trusted her and felt confident in her abilities. I even gave this stranger a big hug. It felt like an angel was sent to me. Her team came fully loaded not two days later. Honest to God not one stone was unturned. Literally. I have a little collection from my son. Walls, crevices, even my messy desk was completely dust free after they were done. So efficient too! What I thought was a multiple day job multiple people, these two women had done in 3 hours! And with humor along the way! I felt so comfortable with them right away. I do not trust easily when it comes to my photography gear. I can not thank this team enough. I have been singing their praises for days and will most definitely be using them again."
