"I hired them to fix loose tapes of over 50 year old garage drywall ceiling with popcorn surfaces. Eventually they did the walls for same price as the job was easy and quick. The only downside is that they left white spots on floor. They did put down the tarp but some spots were missed and got sprayed on floor. They were easily washed up as it was water based paint. Now the job s done and it looks so brand new!! I d hire them again but remind them about floor covers."

"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."

An appointment was set up for a couple of days later and he started painting within 2 1/2 weeks of my initial phone call. Gary was friendly, reliable and prompt. He offered advice in terms of paint color choices. He did necessary repair work needed on house before painting. In addition he offered to wash several of my large high windows and gave me access to an outdoor faucet turn-off in the basement, tasks done at no extra charge."
