"I discovered a bat flying around in the attic on a Saturday afternoon. I reached out to Birch Hill and they responded immediately by text and email. As it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled a visit that Monday afternoon for Birch Hill to assess the situation. Birch Hill confirmed the bats and determined that they were probably getting in via a gap in the top of the roof. Birch Hill returned the next day and installed a Roof Guard product along the roof line to prevent access to the attic. They also installed a bat extraction tube for the bats to find their way out. They also recommended chimney caps on the top of our fireplace to prevent potential wildlife access. Additionally, they sealed various holes at the base of the siding of the house. Two weeks later, Birch Hill returned, checked out the attic, and removed the bat extraction tube on the roof, and put the finishing touches on sealing up the exit hole. SUCCESS. "We were very impressed about this business at first. We had had a lot of estimates and chose Rolandini after listening to what he said and how he would fix it. We knew our chimney had to be taken down, rebuilt. Since they did the $3500 job, our chimney has been leaking. We have water come through our chimney and along the wall in a bedroom where the chimney runs. We have consulted other people who all have told us this is an issue with the flashing not having been put in correctly when rebuilding the chimney. We have called and left phone messages, facebook reviews, and private messages and no one has ever called us back. Completely unacceptable that they don't respond to customer questions or complaints. After paying and guaranteeing their service, I cannot believe they will not respond to a customer question. This could have been resolved without too much of an issue but the fact that they have completely ignored the multiple messages in many ways is unprofessional to say the least."
