The vet interaction with my pets is good. The wait time is like zero. What keeps me going back is that they know my pets. I have two Dachshunds, the one dog would go every 6 months, but this dog goes yearly because she?s younger. Boarding, I used to board maybe every two months, but then when my husband became ill, we stopped traveling, so I didn?t go. That?s basically about every two months I used the boarding.

She spent two days there so that she was out of the way of the movers. I think they were a little more expensive than some of the others. I used them the whole time I have had the cat, which was a little over 2 years.

The pet is doing excellent now. They're great. The wait is not over ten minutes at the most. They have a good staff.

My experience is very limited because I've only had a pet for about 2 years.
I'm pretty sure that it is more than I would pay at some other places.
When I've called I've gotten a response right away.
One of the biggest problems I have is getting into their facility but that's not their fault, that's the fault of the highway department.
They've been very good at dealing with a cat that was in her previous home was unintentionally abused. She had been kept in a really small room and she is terrified of children.

I have asked for an apology from the vet. She can't hide from what happened. The CT is clear. She has asked for money for the last visit. I was furious with that. All they can do is ask for $125 - not even thinking about the net gain of $1200 from the unnecessary surgery and the visits over the Summer which seemed to miss the obvious for Amber. She completely is incapable of admitting the truth of the situation and this continues as they release inaccurate information into the community about me. I find them to be unethical, unprofessional and potentially dangerous for animals in their approach to assessment and treatment. They seem to be more interested in hurrying through and getting on to surgery and not messing up their schedule vs. actually listening to the concerns. I had seen this vet for 13 years with Amber. She had annual exams. Amber was in fabulous health and actually had perfect lab work and great venous blood gasses two days before being put down. Her face was necrosing.
I have received nothing from this group except lies and hostility. I tried to talk with them but they refused to talk assuming that I was going to sue them. Money can't bring Amber back or undue what resulted from the Summer and September. But, I believe they need a formal assessment and licenses reviewed. I would give anything to have had a review like this to have read. I would have made other choices before Amber was in need of high quality professional care. I hope this review can be seen by others. I would not want this to happen to another animal or it's owner.

I left this veterinarian due to the management of my animals. My dogs became very fearful. I took them to a new vet and didn't have these issues at all. We ended our relationship because they recommend my animals be anesthetized just for check ups. The new vet said that this was not the best medical procedure and that my dogs were not aggressive and are just the normal amount of nervous at intrusive procedures.

This vet is great. My cat who was an outside cat was hit by a car on a Saturday morning. I did not have a regular vet at the time. While driving around town the week before I remembered seeing an and quot;Animal Hospitaland quot; sign at the Falconbridge pavilion. So being panicked I drove my cat to the first place I could remember which turned out to be Falconbridge Animal Hospital. I had never been to this vet before.

I was in tears and panicked when I walked in and told the lady at the front desk that my cat had been hit by a car. It was about a hour before they closed when I showed up with my cat. Although they are not an after hours emergency clinic they did not turn me away but took me and my cat to a exam room and the vet Dr. Karl came in right away. She was very kind and took my cat back to be looked at while I filled out paperwork. Dr. Karl came to talk to me about the cats injuries and told me my options. She told me they wanted to keep him over the weekend and gave me an estimate of the costs.

Everyone was so nice and worked with me to get my cat well. It has been about three months since I first walked through their door and I will be a client for life. They are now my permanent vet for all of my animals. My cat had a broken leg and is doing very well now. He is almost back to his pre-car accident health.
