"We had an issue with a Dry Well periodically backing up. Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "I needed a plumber right away , so i went through Home Advisor and right away Brian from Lamore called me said he was in the area, so in 10 minutes Brian was here estimating the cost of a water heater, he gave me a price but I couldnâ t get it done because of funds so I told him can you come the 24th and do the job he said sure and we hung up. 2 minutes later he calls me and says youâ re a military Vet , I said yes I am , do you have hot water , I said no Sir we will have to wait till the 24th, he says , no you wonâ t Iâ ll come and install the water heater and you pay me on the 24th, I was shocked and humbled of the fact their is still good wholesome people in this world. "The plumbers who came out were kind, clean and efficient. Sean, Ryan and Orin, made sure we were kept in the loop and cleaned up after themselves beyond any other vendor we have had. They made the process much easier, answered all our questions while on site and were enjoyable to chat with! Unfortunately, the office, has poor communication. We had to call many times, and were constantly told we would receive a call back and we didn't. A day+ would go by before we would have to call again. This was after signing a quote. The women who I spoke with more, was not pleasant. She provided misinformation on the work process, and seemed annoyed at our questions. Having to plan a day to shut down a business in the childcare field requires planning for the sake of our families, and we did not feel like this was easy to do with the lack of help from the office administrator. At this time, we would not recommend to other businesses in our field. Unfortunate, because the plumbers are great."

"Response to my query was immediate. Husband and wife team, Gisele and Amir, came out to the house and wrote down all the things I needed done around the house. The jobs were many and varied and ranged from replacing basement windows, to creating backing for my lower kitchen Lazy Susans (so things don't fall off in oblivion), to staining a deck railing, to repainting basement and outside concrete walls, to reglazing and caulking windows, to creating a trap door for the plumbing, to sealing off/covering some dangling electrical wires, to patching a hole in an inside wall, and more. I got a full 4-page written quote ahead of time and was satisfied with it so I had them begin work right away. I left the house for a few days to go on a business trip and when I came back ALL of it was done and everything was cleaned up. There was only 1 thing that needed a bit more work and Amir came back and did this as soon as we could get it arranged. I liked their work ethic and professionalism so much that I have hired Gisele and her cleaning company to do my monthly housecleaning. We've had one cleaning so far and it was done well. Gisele speaks both English and Portuguese and will do translating when necessary for Amir and her cleaning staff. I am having fun learning some Portuguese words, too! They are delightful, easy to correspond with, up-to-date with technology (you can text and Venmo them), and I will continue to use their services."

Since they specialize in this, they know how to do the plumbing, carpentry, and tile work, so there is no waste of time finding all the different contractors.
