"Very well. I had an appointment for approximately 8 AM. They were a bit late, but had called to let me know, and it wasn't a problem for me. They spent well over an hour on the job. They took a ton of lint out of the vent pipes and the dryer itself. I'm pretty sure that whoever it was I had in last time did not open up the dryer to clean it. They also installed a "bird cage" around the vent opening on the side of the house to prevent critters from getting in. (I don't think I have had problems with birds getting in, but why take the chance?) They were very thorough. The job cost more than the initial estimate, but this was because my vent pipe was longer than I had realized. It was reasonable."

"Craig and his team came on time and took out the old boiler and installed the new boiler quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done and took the time to make sure we knew how the boiler worked and how to maintain it. He even went upstairs (took his boots off) and replaced the valves on the radiators and it s stopping by next week to flush and refill the system. I would highly recommend Craig and his crew!!"
