"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

We hired Clukey Construction to demolish an old 12x34 ft deck with screenroom area and build a new 12x18 ft deck, as well as frame and install a new exterior door just inside our bulkhead door in the basement, and install a new bathroom exhaust fan and vent it through the roof. The estimate Shawn provided was thorough, accurate, and fell right within the range this type of project should cost. He kept in contact with us from beginning to end and made sure that we were well informed throughout the entire project. Shawn and Neil are extremely professional and hard working. They were onsite everyday as long as weather permitted until the job was complete. Everyday they made sure our property was tidy and safe before leaving. Their attention to detail is impeccable, every cut is precise and fits together tightly. Shawn answered all our questions and was always timely in responding to us. I can't say enough positive things about Clukey Construction and we will definitely be calling them for future projects."

They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space.
