The mortar was cracked and trapping water against the house causing water damage. Further they simply looked very dated. I called Eddie and Simon who stopped by my house within 24 hours. They reviewed the job, detailed what needed to be done and quoted me a price on site. They even said, "if you don't like the work we do, don't pay me." That was some guarantee! I'm not young anymore and also didn't have the time to tackle such a large project. My house is huge and over 100 years old.
