Oscar was very knowledgeable and spoke to each of our specific issues with full awareness as to what needed to be done. Afterward, they provided a full estimate within a day (which was earlier than I had asked for) - and their prices were very reasonable. I ended up going with a different quote simply because the other contractor was more local to me. So I cannot speak to their work... yet.
