"This is our 2nd time working with wilder for chimney work. He came in and did a free inspection (after some pointers over the phone for our Smokey fireplace). The no pressure inspection Saturday morning (with my 2 year old son and 4 year old nephew basically over his shoulder) led to a cleaning for a very reasonable price and the fireplace far less smoke and manageable. You are silly to not let him earn your business. One of the better and honest tradesmen I’ve worked with! "

I also had issues with my oil flu liner. He saved me from contractors overselling work that didn’t need to be done and those contractors that where not able to handle all parts of the redesign. He became the “general contractor” for my project and did an excellent job! Thank you Brendan."

I contacted the MA District Attorney's office who put me in touch with consumer advocate Deb Henderson to resolve my issue with Shamrock. She said that she spoke to the owner Carmelo Franco about my issue and said that Franco is uncooperative, therefore we are unable to proceed. I sued Carmelo Franco in Attleboro District Court for negligent work that had to be fixed by another company ($650.00), however the subpoena could not be delivered to the address the DA's office gave me, so the court dropped the lawsuit. You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by.
