"This is our 2nd time working with wilder for chimney work. He came in and did a free inspection (after some pointers over the phone for our Smokey fireplace). The no pressure inspection Saturday morning (with my 2 year old son and 4 year old nephew basically over his shoulder) led to a cleaning for a very reasonable price and the fireplace far less smoke and manageable. You are silly to not let him earn your business. One of the better and honest tradesmen I’ve worked with! "

I sued Carmelo Franco in Attleboro District Court for negligent work that had to be fixed by another company ($650.00), however the subpoena could not be delivered to the address the DA's office gave me, so the court dropped the lawsuit. You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"
