"Despite careful research to find and hire builders/remodelers to do a variety of jobsâ a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and farmer's porch addition, to name a fewâ we have always been frustrated with the process and/or disappointed with the results. However, this is not the case with Joe Perullo! Joe and his team are AMAZING as they completed a new master bath, a new master closet, an outdoor shower, and a basement remodel! 1. Joeâ s communication is clear and frequent. He informed us of the plan and the timing of it and followed through with the plan. 2. Joe is a great listener. Massachusetts' Leading Wood Restoration and Maintenance Company. We restore weathered, grimy, moldy, splintered decks back to like new condition. Projects are usually completed within two days!
"We hired this company. I don't mind paying but when they missed so many areas. It's very frustrating and I have to finish the job myself. Anthony promised a great job and so didn't Nicole. I sure didn't even get a good job. The hand railings are super rough, and where the pressure washer chewed up the wood it was never fixed. It was definitely a hack job. I was promised over the phone a walk through at the end. It never happened. Couldn't communicate with the workers. I couldn't understand them. Definitely the pictures that they posted on other jobs don't match what I paid for. A very disappointing experience with this company. I would shop around.. plus I included Anthony in the last few emails and he couldn't even respond back. Awful !!! The handrails was addressed in after the power washing. The owner needs to go back and see the truth. I have the email saved!!!! Give me your email and I would be gladly to send it you!! You shouldn't be sparky when your team hacked my deck. I will be re-doing myself. Such a joke of a company."
