Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. I was originally given a written quote which clearly indicated that all plumbing work was included as part of the quoted price. When I was ready to sign the contract doing the job and asked if toilets and vanity in both bathrooms will be removed and put back after new tiles are put on the floors, same sales person told me that an additional $900 is needed for the removal and re-installation of the toilet and sink! (Otherwisie, tiles will be put around them). Then the workers told me the removal and re-installation of the toilets and vanities are appropriate process of installing tiles, I questioned the salesperson about that $900 charge and he insisted that it was not included in the original quote.
