He and his crew showed up when they said they would cleaned up after their work . He returned extra tiles to the store to save me money and showed receipts.Over all a pleasure to work with."

Some damage to wall which was expected since it was attached with cement and the new tile needed to be cut to fit but I expected that, too. Another tile installer I hired actually backed out of the job for that reason. Wall was repaired and tile job looked fine . Fair price. Orlen was always on time , answering calls, texts. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is they delayed my install 2 weeks at the last minute due to lack of inventory. Don’t understand how the didn’t know level of inventory when the set the date."
