Chris's attention to detail such as securing and painting wires as well as cleaning and painting the rod iron railings enhanced the final result. The house looks great. "Tao was amazing! His knowledge of the product and process was excellent. Any time I had a question, Tao was quick to answer my call or text. As for the installers, both Manny and Kenny showed up promptly every morning and worked diligently. They were both respectful to our needs and made a very disruptive activity very accommodating! I would highly recommend them for hardwood floor installation and would have them do additional work for me."

"Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."

"These guys are extremely professional, serious about customer service and do great quality work. I had them redo the entire exterior of my home; strip the roof and siding down the bare sheathing, new roof, new siding, new gutters and repair all the fascia. They stripped 3 layers of old roof off and replaced it then stripped half the siding off the house in the first DAY they were there. Everyone in the neighborhood was asking who these guys were and what their phone number was they were so impressed. There were a couple little things here and there that needed to be tweaked and cleaned up since it was such a big job and so much was changed. Every time I reached out to them I got a response back in less than 12 hours and someone was there fixing it within a day or two. They’re incredibly courteous, polite and value their customers. Hire these guys."

When Shawn arrived to measure (a kitchen initially built over 150 years ago), I was beyond impressed with his meticulous measuring and attention to detail. "Peter and his crew were great. Peter was prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out to the house to walk through the lead report and work that needed to be done with me. He gave me a number of options for remediating things and showed me where we could do things in a less expensive manner--explaining the costs and benefits of the different approaches. For example, in one area he told me it was going to cost a significant amount for him to remediate and that it would ultimately be much cheaper for me to replace a section of wood railing instead of remediating the paint. This was to my benefit and his detriment, so I really appreciated it. His crew remediated 15 historic windows and they fixed some cracked panes of glass without my even asking. Peter was very fair, always in communication, and they completed the work promptly and professionally. I highly recommend."

"We are so glad we went with Matt Silva & his team for our much-needed kitchen update. The finished result is functional, modern, and beautiful, as we had hoped. But the best part was working with this group of pros. Every person who was in/out of our house over the space of a few weeks was courteous and professional, respectful of our space, tolerant of our senior dog, and extremely meticulous in caring for our home as if it were their own. Matt visited us a few times before we committed to the work. Each time he answered a myriad of questions, showed product examples, made recommendations, and helped us decide on several key factors. Matt replied to emails promptly, and he always let us know when to expect team members to arrive. As with any reno, there were a couple minor snags but each was addressed promptly and to our full satisfaction. We can't say enough about how thoroughly these guys cleaned up every day. We never once tripped over a tool, found a nail on the floor, or had to worry about the dog getting into something he shouldn't. They sealed off our kitchen carefully, kept the yard gate closed as requested, and always covered the floor in the work zone. We used our own electrician but were very happy with the plumber, quartz supplier, and tile installers Matt coordinated. All of them showed up as scheduled and were as professional and thorough as Matt's core team. Honestly if this group did deck reno, exterior painting, and driveway paving we'd hired them for all those projects too. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kitchen Tune-up of Peabody."
