"We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The work exceeded our expectations!! it is absolutely beautiful! Pavlin, the owner, offered excellent suggestions for the remodel. His communication was incredible. He regularly kept us updated with texts and photos, and responded to any questions within the day. His crew was excellent as well as talented, hardworking and accommodating."

"After completing a Master suite addition with Konstantin we did a complete gut of our kitchen. The results were excellent and it was a collaborative success. I would definitely work with him again!"

"We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"Just the best, amazingly talented crew, and I’m pretty picky. They came highly recommended and I won’t use anyone else if I have any future projects. Also, just really nice to deal with and I love that."

"Harold & his crew, Charlie & Mike were awesome. Came to work on time. They listened to my wants & needs and came up with a plan that worked. Communicated with us through out the process. Their attention to detail was incredible. They went above & beyond their job description. I would highly recommend them on any renovations, they are very talented skilled laborers. It was a pleasure doing business with this company."

"Tatra has done a ton of work for me at multiple homes. * Install central AC * Replace boilers * Install appliances (in difficult old construction) * Create an outdoor shower and stone deck complex * Fix every little plumbing thing that goes wrong in an old house * Roof gutters and yard drainage improvement These are the one-stop shopping folks to call! And everyone who works there is so friendly, polite, and neat with their work. Always my first (and only) call."

"Mike is the best contractor we have had the opportunity to work with. We were skeptical at first because most other contractors we have worked with over promise and under perform, as well as do not return phone calls / emails. Not Mike. For our kitchen project, he went out of his way to insure every piece of the project was finished and passed his own QC (which in many cases was more stringent than our own QC). He came up with a few ideas that really made the project shine (like the addition of an archway to separate two ceiling heights). Mike also was not afraid to express his opinion based on his experiences and this saved us a lot of time and money. Mike always told you what he was doing, when it would be done and what the next day consisted of so you could prepare yourself. His helper (also named Mike), is also a professional. Care was taken to insure proper set up and take down of anything needing to be installed. Each day, the job site would be cleaned to make the rest of the house more livable during construction. We are extremely impressed with the work and talents of Mike Carlon and are very happy we had him complete our kitchen remodel. We would recommend him, without reservation, to do any type of remodeling job, as he is a true craftsman and professional. Erik and Lisa Everton"

"When I requested an estimate Michael was very prompt at getting back to me and to giving me not only pricing to build a front doorstep, but also explained to me what the whole process would be."

"Very responsive company, adjusted price to reflect the actual work done after having signed contract. subcontractor used was very knowledgeable and friendly Both, the sales manager and operational manager very knowledgeable of their roles as well as to ensure customer satisfaction. Will use and recommend Capizzi Home Improvement, regardless of contract size, again. Very Good Job. Michael Frontino"
