"Damien made time for me on short notice. When he arrived I described the issue and he was quick to correctly diagnose the cause. He had to replace a heating coil in my electirc water heater. During the course of the repair he noted that the drain valve was not working properly. He replaced that as well. Before he left he drained and flushed the tank. All is working well. I'd recommend Damian for this type of service. Damian was delayed because of an earlier appointment where materials had not arrived on time. He worked later that normal working hours to make sure my problems were taken care of. I cetainly appreciated his efforts and that he kept me informed of his arrival time. He did not have to extend his day to the extent he did, but rather than re-schedule me, he completed my job as promised."

Incredibly reasonable completion time and he has a mini excavator so he was able to do really precise work and you can tell he cares so much about what he does. He is already working on a second project for us to take down some trees and clear some land to open up our backyard for our two kids and are thrilled. My daughter loves when the owner Echo, comes with him she is the sweetest husky you will ever meet."

"A different company gave us a quote for $500 to clean the condenser and $2500 to recharge it to check for leaks, so we were dragging our feet. I decided to get another opinion and found Comfort Doctor. They were incredibly responsive and came the next morning. They cleaned the unit for $65 and recharged the unit right then and there with 1 lb of refrigerant. Now it is working great for ~$300. The technician gave us recommendations as if it were his own home and said the quick and inexpensive fix is where you should start. We might not need to do the more expensive leak-check at all unless the system continues to leak substantially."
