Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Contracted the brothers to do a 10X10 deck in July 2023 and they made the committment to come finish the job and my phone calls have gone unanswered. True I made the final payment and trusted them,my bad. However,unless you want to pay for incomplete work PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.

Good work quality, very willing to do things how you want them done. Delayed getting started, but not that unusual for contractors as jobs can run longer than expected. Doesn't always get back to you when he says he will, but I would hire them again.

Carpentry Framing - Repair
Pros: Tore down and replaced a 2 story deck. Handled everything from making a plot plan, pulling a permit, replacing one post foundation and adding in another. Deck looks good and sturdy. A few complaints, i had to ask Dan to nail down some nails that were sticking out. He was very quick to respond. They also could have done a much better job cleaning up.

Gazebo or Freestanding Porch - Build or Install
The French Doors look good and the Patio / Deck Roof is also good. Left off a few minor finish end caps. All and all it was a good job.

This team did a great job in replacing a 66 year old door and installing a new windowed door and screen door. They work hard and afre very careful. Plus, they were prompt in doing the project only a week after the quote. We are contracting them for other projects.
