Working with Tim and Brendan was very pleasant, which is half the battle when working with service people. Work was done as expected with check in's along the way to make sure we were all on the same page. Will consider Birchwood "my plumbers" to call when service is needed.

They were prompt, spent about an hour clearing the drain, and charged me $350. I thought this was excessive and feel like I got ripped off compared to other prices I've seen out there ($200-275). They told me it was because the machine they use costs thousands of dollars. With this logic, my automobile repairs should be thousands of dollars because the tools they use cost thousands of dollars to purchase. With this logic, my US mail should cost me thousands of dollars to process because the machines they use cost thousands of dollars. Definitely ask for pricing upfront. I don't like that ripped-off feeling.

Excellent and timely service. They accurately diagnosed source of leak and used a fiber optic camera to look behind sheetrock. They also fixed a poorly draining tub. Highly recommended.

Recently My mother needed work done to due to leaky piping in the shower. Tim came in promptly and saved the day. Like The true professional that he is He had the job done in a few hours and went above and beyond Our expectations. We are incredibly thankful for the for Tim and his impeccable workmanship. I’ve needed some sewer pipe repair for a while but local plumbing companies in the past have refused the job! BUT NOT ROYAL FLUSH!! The two young plumbers showed up to work! They took a look at what needed to be done and then went to work! They were professional. Fair with pricing and the plumbing Job looks great! I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely hire them again.

Plumber was on time and work was performed in the expected time frame. He went the extra mile and unclogged the screens on the washing machine for each of the hot and cold connectioins. Also adjusted kitchen faucet which he observed was leaking at no charge.

The drain pipe, P-trap and tailpiece were misaligned. Tim and Brendan adjusted the piping and made sure it was water tight. Excellent work.

Tim and Brendan were great. Our interaction was very professional, friendly and customer-oriented. Tim went the extra mile to find a particular style of faucet for our situation. They worked as a team and the whole job - which was not easy - took only an hour. Finally, I was very satisfied with their charge for the faucet and the work. I have been looking for a plumbing company that cares about quality and doesn't seem to excessively charge. I think I found it, and will want them back for our next job.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. AAAA++++ Tim and his assistant evaluated the situation and got to work immediately. They repaired and replaced my outdoor hose faucets (spigot), including the indoor rusted, leaking piping and shut off valves. While they were working, I remembered that my whole house water softener filter was, embarrassingly, stuck on for over a year and desperately needed attention. They easily removed the outer housing without a glitch and installed the replacement filter which I had on hand. They were careful not to bring dirt inside the house and cleaned up everything perfectly. I highly recommend Royal Flush Plumbing and am definitely going to hire them again. THANKS Guys!

The work was good and it went well. He did the work in a timely manner and he knows what he was doing.

Our ejector pump for our downstairs bathroom failed. We contacted Tim for a quote and to attempt to diagnose the problem. Tim was able to promptly come to our house to investigate the problem. He was very thorough with his explanation of what needed to be done. He was able to come the next day to perform the repairs. He even finished the work in less time than originally thought. Very professional and exceeded our expectations. We have now found our plumber for any work needed in our house. 100% would hire again and recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!!
