I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled! Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"Jake was very professional and easy to work with as far as scheduling, etc. We had a patio resurfaced. It looks 1000 times better than before. The crew was efficient and left the work area clean each time they were here. They were careful and examined the work after each step. They decided to redo part of the patio because the base coat didn't adhere properly -- they did this without being asked. Overall, they did a very good job; a little disappointed that they couldn't level minor (less than 1/4") depressions in the concrete where water puddles after it rains, but they told me at the outset that they couldn't do that. It wasn't cheap to hire them, but after watching the work that they put in, I feel that I got my money's worth!"
