The costs seemed a bit pricy but the workmanship was excellent. Iâ m just hoping that it makes a significant change for the better in terms of reducing our heating costs . But itâ s much better as far as keeping critters out and having the cellar cleaner and less congested.

Tyler and crew arrived as arranged, removed and replaced old insulation, explained what they found and what they did, and cleaned up afterwards. They were pleasant and efficient throughout.

From the initial contact with Bobby through to the job being completed by Tyler and his crew, our experience was stella. Everyone showed up when they said they would, there was great communication and certainly a lot of flexibility with nailing down the date to complete the job as so much rested on other trades and getting inspections from the Town. I will be having Optimum Insulation back in several months time to spray foam the underside of a sunroom that we are renovating and also some elements in our basement. Closed cell spray foam was my only avenue given the headroom in our attic, I read around the subject and had several quotes. Ii is important to get an installer that knows what they are doing rather than a particular product which at this point is pretty much industry standard. I would have preferred that the experienced applicator did the spraying and not the first time rookie.

We hired Optimum for a small Spray Foam insulation project (Porch Ceiling). They were great to deal with. Very fast response on all communication, price was very competitive, and the job was done fast & with quality. The completed the job within 1 week from our first contact!
