"Very Professional and attention to detail. Installation crew were very courteous and good at what they do. Quality Installation If you are looking to replace your tub or shower, I highly recommend Bay State Luxury Bath"

"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"Mike was here on a raining day on time and what I thought was going to be a big bill..was very reasonable. He completely rebuild my master bath toilet for very reasonable price. This bill I enjoyed paying. I called other big company plumber in the area. And Mike showed up and did an amazing job. Cleaned up after himself. I now have a plumber I can count on. Thank you Mike. "Kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. Was able to schedule with Chris quickly and get the job done with little inconvenience. A good experience and I would recommend him to others."

"Nauset Kitchen and Bath renovated my small bathroom and did an excellent job. They helped me create more storage and space in my bath by changing the door to a pocket, raising the vanity and installing a medicine cabinet. They helped me by installing my latest “aging in place” project , a bathtub with a door. While all of the workmen were excellent, skilled, prompt, and neat, Philip Reinoso was outstanding! We look forward to the next project."

"JR and his team did a wonderful job replacing our skylight. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them."

"A+++ Patriot was SUBSTANTIALLY less than all the other quotes I received. I wish we called them first! The remodeling project exceeded all expectations, transforming the bathroom into a stunning, modern space. The old bathtub, which had been in use for 25 years, was becoming increasingly difficult for a 90-year-old to navigate due to its high step. Now, thanks to the thoughtful renovation, there is a comfortable and easily accessible shower that allows me to sit down and enjoy the experience without any struggle. The new design is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional, making my daily routine much more enjoyable and safe."

"So kind and helpful. He had all the needed replacement parts on the first day of the quote! Went above and beyond."

The quality of their work is outstanding, and the result has transformed my bathroom into a space that feels brand new. The installers were meticulous, efficient, and respectful of my home, leaving everything spotless when they were done. Iâ m genuinely thrilled with the final product and the entire experience. Bathfitters truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and a beautiful bathroom makeover. I would like to give a special recognition and thanks to Tony, Dustin and John Loranger."
