"This is the 2nd time Bill and his crew have worked on our house. It went perfectly. here are some key highlights. 1. Bill is easy to contact and responsive via both phone and email 2. Fair price, I shopped a bit and talked to others who had work done similarly and his jobs are priced competitively. 3. Quality work. The deck came out beautifully. The decking is great and he was responsive to our concerns about how things should be done. There was a problem with the deck not being square when originally built and he had some nice workarounds for this problem. For the exterior wall repair they did a nice job removing old clapboards/fascia boards,etc and fixing the root cause of the problem. it looks as good as new! Tested by a heavy rainstorm the next day and the original problem was gone! No more risk of undue rot. 4. He has an assortment of funny employees that he draws upon, quite entertaining.
