"We hired Polion Flooring when we bought our house because my parents had used them years prior and been very happy with the results. The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. They are professional, efficient, and very down to earth! I would 10/10 recommend them!"

Repaired bay window seat board by sanding & refinishing w/ stain & polyurethane. Easy to communicate on website for project, estimate & ?'s. Great advice on using Pre-Stain, Stain & Polyurethane & how pine & oak woods can only absorb so many coats of stain, which helped make decision on which stain products to use. Competitively priced & came down on price as well. I filled nail holes & sanded casings myself. Claudio completed job in 3days by prepping windows w/painters tape & covered floors, stain 2coats & polyurethane 2coats. Stain colors came out beautiful & very happy w/ overall job. To do ourselves would have taken more than 3days & would not of come out as good as it did. "Drew is meticulous with his craft. The tile in our bathroom shower was laid out with amazing precision, spacing the tile cuts perfectly symmetrical around the drain. He installed a double wide shower niche that coordinated with our floor tile. The wall tiles were cut and applied perfectly. We originally contracted to just replace our walk-in shower but were surprised that the old shower installation was done improperly and had caused severe water damage to the plywood subfloor that extended beyond the shower to the floor. We then contracted with him to replace the floor. The floor was installed with radiant heat wiring below and came out beautifully. Drew is professional and pleasant, maintained a clean and safe work site and kept us informed every step of the way. We are extremely pleased with the quality and beauty of our new shower and floor. We are happy to have found and hired a true craftsman."
