"The work is guaranteed, so you don't have to worry about being left in the lurch. They were able to start almost immediately (in the off-season), which was great until we found out that some of the suppliers were also having an off-season. But I wanted what I wanted, and I got it. As a matter of fact, that's not quite true. I wanted quartz counter tops, (which had doubled in price) and I ended up with solid surface, which I love! The tariffs worked in my favor because I got something I hadn't' really considered, which turned out to be beautiful and more appropriate for my relaxed cleaning standards."

"Marco was the only person I contacted who actually showed up. Not only did he show up, he showed up at 8:00AM on the dot on a Saturday morning, just as we had arranged. He evaluated the closets and even left to go back to his shop for a tool he needed and came back to complete the evaluation. He was very prompt in getting me an estimate, which was a bit higher than I had hoped. When I told him that, he worked with me to get the job done at a price I could afford.  He told me that the job would likely take 2 to 3 days, and it did.  The workers were polite and left my home in the condition they found it.  They did run into one unforeseen problem due to the lack of a support beam where one should have been. So, they had to place one, which did increase my cost but Marco was very up front about it with me. I was very happy with how the job turned out. It is exactly what I hoped for and probably how it should have been done in the first place. I would ask Marco to do work again in a heartbeat.
