"We hired Polion Flooring when we bought our house because my parents had used them years prior and been very happy with the results. The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. They are professional, efficient, and very down to earth! I would 10/10 recommend them! "

Repaired bay window seat board by sanding & refinishing w/ stain & polyurethane. Easy to communicate on website for project, estimate & ?'s. Great advice on using Pre-Stain, Stain & Polyurethane & how pine & oak woods can only absorb so many coats of stain, which helped make decision on which stain products to use. Competitively priced & came down on price as well. I filled nail holes & sanded casings myself. Claudio completed job in 3days by prepping windows w/painters tape & covered floors, stain 2coats & polyurethane 2coats. Stain colors came out beautiful & very happy w/ overall job. To do ourselves would have taken more than 3days & would not of come out as good as it did. Benjamin Moore is only store that samples stains on wood I brought in, which was helpful in choosing colors. Highly recommend Claudio Painting & Home Improvement, Inc."

This was not a simple refresh — it involved removing an existing hot tub, renovating a cabana, reworking the deck framing to convert it into a single-level deck, installing a new staircase, and adding a cable rail system. Every aspect of the project was approached with precision and care, and the finished product is without flaw. They were easy to work with from start to finish, handling decisions and mid-project modifications thoughtfully and professionally. He originally quoted for demo and a couple of other things that the contractor did and he was slow to deduct from the bill.
