Cleaned up all materials inside and outside the house.  Put down protective cloth in the house to protect the floor and catch removal of old window debris...The guys did a very professional job, were very polite and courteous - and my wife and I would recommend them to anyone!  Sergie (the owner) met with us prior - gave us a very fair price, and his workers, Alex and another gentleman (sorry can't remember his name :-(   did a superb job and craftsmanship.

"It went great. They were in and out in one day. They replaced two panels that corresponded to the locations of two leaks I have on the inside. The all seams/flashing/drip edges were cleanly installed. My roof looks awesome. I left their sign in front for four weeks. The only thing I'd say they could improve on was communictaion. They were tough to get on the phone. But even if the communication wasn't perfect, the work was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (I've got another couple small sheds to do), or recommend them to a close friend. I'm very happy with this contractor."

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.
