Mike is on time and on task, communicating to me as he went along to ensure the jobs were done to order. Mike stayed within my budget each time and added some extra work he felt necessary as he went along at no additional charge to me. He returns messages immediately and schedules projects within a reasonable near future, unlike other painters and carpenters I have known who require repeat calls and texts for answers and schedule me out for work months away. You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
