Very well.

My latest project for Tom was to paint our house and garage and some carpentry work to build a window frame and repair flash pieces above the windows.  As usual Tom was here when he said he would be and went way beyond my expectations with the quality and speed of his work.  Tom is very talented in many areas and always concerned about making the customer happy.  My personal opinion is you can do no better than Tom.  Outstanding in every respect.

Tom returned my call quickly and went out of his way to come by and put a temporary patch on the roof ahead of an impending rain storm.  He did an excellent job on the permanent repair.  At the same time he and his helper power washed fifteen years of leaves and pine needles off the roof.  They did a very conscientious job, cleaning the decks off afterwards.
Tom bought the new door, lock set, and materials and did a great job installing it, despite the somewhat ad hoc way the original door had been installed thirty five years ago.
I am extremely satisfied with the work Tom performed.  It was a relief to find someone as reliable and honest as Tom to do the job.

Tom and his brother, Robert, should be nominated for sainthood.  They took on and completed this project that no other contractor wanted to do, and did an excellent job at a fraction of the cost quoted by one of the contractors who had given me an estimate. They performed all the work from beneath the porch, which was cramped and dirty (neighborhood cats had pooped there).  The porch is now so well supported that it will probably outlast the house!  Because the porch was sagging so much, a few of the cedar shakes cracked when the porch was jacked up.  But they went to a hardware store, bought the shakes and replaced them immediately.  Tom and Robert were very pleasant and professional, and swept up the mess before leaving.  I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated their excellent work.  Tom will be the first person I call when I have another home improvement project and I would highly recommend him for any of his specialties.

Done well. Came on a day when he had a break and was able to get to me over a month ahead of when it was scheduled. Pays attention to detail and works fast. Nothing but great things to say about his work. Money well spent.

Tri County has performed multiple jobs for the Town of Wendell. Always on time, on budget, reasonably priced and quality work.

It went better than I had expected. His expertise was excellent and he completed the job in one day which I did not expect was possible given the needed separate steps.

He is honest, has good work ethic and easy to work with. He has always been on time and offers good advice. I am in a business that does property management and need a good dependable workman for various repairs. Tom has been that for us.

He does a very good job. He's reasonable and that's probably one of the reasons he is hard to get a hold of. He bids on a lot of town jobs. He also reconstructed a porch for me previously as well.
