Cleaned up all materials inside and outside the house.  Put down protective cloth in the house to protect the floor and catch removal of old window debris...The guys did a very professional job, were very polite and courteous - and my wife and I would recommend them to anyone!  Sergie (the owner) met with us prior - gave us a very fair price, and his workers, Alex and another gentleman (sorry can't remember his name :-(   did a superb job and craftsmanship.

"The job went really well.  I dealt mostly with Andy's crew chief, Brian who was straight forward and always responsive.  When Brian quoted the cost he took a deposit and said they  were about 6 weeks out before the job could commence.   Due to the amazing amount of rain we had this Fall we fell behind a slight bit.  Brian always kept me informed by email as to the situation and when I could expect the job to begin.  He arrived at 7:30 AM last Friday with a large crew that stripped off 3 old roofs, installed new skylights and applied a new roof finishing everything up by 5:00PM.  The crew, to a man, was courteous and professional.  They spread tarps over all of my gardens and bushes and left the yard as clean as they found it. 

When the job was finished Andy stopped by to make sure that everything was OK.  I wouldn't hesitate to use him and his great crew again."

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them.
