We had a quite extensive basement finishing project (finishing about 50% of a previously unfinished basement) that involved planning the use of the space, adjusting the plumbing organization to accommodate the bathroom we wanted to put in, installing electrical circuitry, installing the bathroom, rebuilding the stairs, installing a substantial network of soffits to enclose ducts and plumbing, and of course installing all the drywall, flooring, finishing etc needed to complete the space. He started on time and completed the work in line with the expected schedule. Joe did much of the work himself but he also brought in other specialists as needed, on schedule and with minimum fuss (plumber, electrical, etc), and he handled interactions with the town inspectors effectively too. He even helped us with some issues elsewhere in the house that came up while he was working on the basement, and came back to help us install some decorative items that we ordered but did not arrive before he officially finished. We are extremely happy with the end result and use the space almost every day. Anyone who sees the space is also very impressed. It's a wonderful addition to our home and exactly what we hoped for."
