Very reliable, knowledgeable, honest, works hard, doesn't lean on his shovel. Definitely get your moneys worth. Felt like a valued customer. Communicated well and frequently. Responds timely and estimates are right on The money. He is going places and should be valued by Angie and promoted for his workmanship and work ethic. We have hired Ben and his crew for multiple projects, from small repairs to a beautiful deck, as well as a complete kitchen gut and remodel. Ben's attention to detail is impeccable. He continuously kept us updated with progress and milestones as well as possible budget fluctuations due to requested changes. We were absolutely comfortable with having the crew in our home while we were gone. We have been absolutely thrilled with each of the projects completed by Griffin Ridge Builders.

Ben and his subs delivered consistently high quality work. This was a full remodel with changes in layout, new cabinets and appliances, a bigger island, and new lighting. The attention to detail was outstanding and the finished kitchen looks and functions great. Ben offered excellent advice on the layout and finishes and made sure everything met our requirements.

Ben did an excellent job of redesigning the master bedroom and bath. He stripped down to the studs, did a wonderful cladding job on the original beams and joists, and took extra care with everything. The electrical and plumbing crews were excellent and everything works well! I would hire Ben again and again.

Ben was extremely patient with us due to the fact that what began as a simple flooring install morphed into cabinetry work, removing two windows and installing a slider, as well as removing and installing two entrance doors. All Ben and Mack's work was meticulous, worth every penny!

We hired Griffin Ridge Builders to remodel our Bathroom, Shower, Tub and Vanity. We also asked for a very tight timeline (we were not the easiest customers) because we were expecting to deliver twins within 2 months of our first estimate. Ben (The owner) is a man of his word and takes pride in his work. He basically worked 6-7 days a week, Sunday included to help us meet this deadline, with a few days off. The final price was about dead on with his estimate which is rare these days. Although he did not give us the cheapest quote, my wife and I just had a good feeling about hiring him and he just seemed to be a honest person that is really good at what he does. The final product (wish I could attach photos) is stunning. In terms of value I would say his price was a steal. I would gladly do business with him again and recommend anyone looking for a bathroom remodel (or other household upgrades) to give him a call. - John R., Dover, NH
