Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic. "Things went very smoothly.  There were no major surprises.  The estimate was pretty right on track.  Any additional costs were due to things we had added on.
They are a two man team who bring in their own plumber, electrician and sometimes flooring and painting guys.  Since most of the work is done by the two of them, the process takes longer than it might with larger companies.  But, I liked the fact that it was the same people day in and day out and not always a different crew tramping in and out of your home.  Jonathan and Joe are simply likable and trustworthy people.  They are actually easy to talk to and just nice to have around...That was very important for me because I work from home so I was always there throughout construction.  My kids missed them when they left!
They have been responsive regarding any last minute check-list things.  Jonathan has always called or emailed me back.
Everyone who has seen the remodel has been impressed with the quality of the workmanship.
