We discussed my special requests, which are quite specific, and she was able to quickly estimate the time needed. Since I use one floor of our home as an AirBNB, flexibility was also important; a willingness to amend the schedule based on our turnovers. In exchange, I promised to forward our schedule as soon as possible. I love that we have a crew of three or four people.
