We gutted the whole house and replace all the electricity. This was a big project and it was necessary to find a GC who had previous experience in rebuilding a house damaged by fire. On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced. I believe Andrea in their office has ordered said items and we are now waiting to hear when they will be fitted."
