"We called and visited in person the route 9 southboro location. We left a 825 cash deposit ?. We then got an install date of December 9 however we then got six inches of snow and have frozen ground. We visited after no reply To out email to reschedule install date and we were told we had to pay a 20% restock fee?!!! We didn?t customer anything . We?re never told Anything about this prior to accepting quote, inquired about dig safe and proof of insurance! When we pushed for the insurance and answers how a fence could properly be installed by hand digging when the ground is frozen they were not happy and became nasty when we said we no longer want to move forward . After a pleasant argument we were hastily given our money back.. the kicker here in the way out the door the loser calls me a CUNT? classy!!!! ! Beware and stay clear of idiots with no class!"

"This company was atrocious from start to finish! My fence was installed in 2022 and it's practically falling down and coming apart. About 6 months after installation, the fence was was leaning 2-3 feet as they dug the fence post holes about a foot deep! My fence was only 6 months old, still under contract warranty, and the owner screamed at me for waiting so long to tell him there was a problem! His 6 guy team of goons literally laughed in my face telling g me there was little they could do to fix it because it was made out of wood!! The other side of my backyard has a 40 year old wood stockade fence that is still standing and looking perfect! The fencing they used is completely subpar. The wood is already rotting and the slats are warping so bad the nails are coming g out! Ive had to fix the crooked fenceposts many times using steel post reinforcements (which are expensive) because the holes they dug were so ridiculously shallow. "Durable fencing is the way to go. I hired them to install vinyl fencing around the perimeter of my home. They were professional, dependable and financially affordable. I had 6 estimates done and durable fencing was most affordable of them all. Felipe came and gave a estimate and set a date. Arrived on the date planned as promised.After reading all the reviews everyone was talking about Felipe so, I requested he do the job himself. He did better, He offered up his Father..lol. I am completely satisfied, not only satisfied. Astonished because after the job was done. About 2 month later I realized I wanted a part of the fencing removed. I called, told him and that I am willing to pay for the removal. They did it for Free. Now with that said. They are worth every penny. I wish other companies were like them. Thank you Felipe and family. Wish you did other work, like laying hard wood flooring…..Do you?… lol Thank you once again. P.s. My neighbor was also impressed with the job.
