"Great! Beantown is a pleasure to work with. They are responsive, organized, friendly, respectful of the neighborhood, and neat. Decks are more involved than I had realized. We had constraints on what we could do with our existing side deck and with a new rear deck due to their proximity to our neighbor's property line. Beantown helped us work through those issues and worked with the Town to get an approved permit and they worked with us to make sure the deck was following our wishes. The deck and portico team (Brian and Patrick) were a joy to have around! They rebuilt our side deck in a way that gave us more usable space, and it flows seamlessly into the new rear deck. "Our front steps were in serious disrepair. But rebuilding the landing and stairs was a relatively small job and it was hard to find someone to take it on. When Cal came out to see the project, his enthusiasm was impressive and even in the busy season he was willing to take on this job. Although September’s weather wasn’t ideal for outdoor construction, Cal went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely manner. The finished product is even better than I imagined! "Water was backing up into the house due to all the ice and snow that had clogged up the gutters. They came out the very next day at the time agreed upon and had their crew shovel off all the snow and ice from the roof and gutters. The water that had been backing up and leaking through the ceiling into the house stopped right away.&nbsp; I thought it was on the expensive side but they were very prompt and professional and did a great job.
