Service was fast and friendly. The images on their website looked like the 'as seen on tv' LeafFilter, but what they installed looked like the cheap mesh available at Home Depot. Less than a year later, the gutters are not draining properly and I now need to call someone else to do the job right.

AWFUL. Arrived 1015 Friday after Thanksgiving and were gone by 11am. I contracted their premium package, $770. This included pics and video of entire job and water washing to show cleared downspouts. I have trees and this is a problem. The skipped half our house and only did the easy part, front and driveway. They never came to assess the job although it states on the website they will, they didn't. I asked they come to access but instead they googled me. After the job was done in 45 minutes I waited and waited for the pics and video I paid a small fortune to have. They eventually sent me two pics of the cleaned front gutter , the other pics I received were of someone else's property! I have a video, less than 10 seconds that shows a worker crouching at the edge of my roof. He was PRETENDING to be doing the downspout water wash, but there was no water in the red bucket. They could have done the right thing and done their job but instead cut corners and preferred to FAKE/PRETEND they did the work of cleaning the gutters and water washing my downspouts. I have no videos or pics to show me they did anything but the front and one side. I posted something this morning on their website that showed others with a similar complaints of lack of professionalism, claiming the workers don't speak English so they didn't understand the job? Also on their website they say they will come back within 65 days to make any problem, right. They never even called me back. CRIMINALS. On their website show 5 star reviews but this morning they were all 1 Star. Not with this company, no way. I filed a report with the BBB, AG's office, Google, Yelp, Here and will take them to court. It isn't the money as much as you stealing from me. Don't tell me you are going to do something then don't. Never pretend or send me someone else's gutters.

Offering to come back and do your service again with out any extra cost due our 45 days warranty. (Only our company can offer that because we know what we're doing). Our manager spoke with you and he authorized to change your invoice to deluxe package instead premium package after you and him agreed on the price to resolve that matter. We thought everything was resolved but after we reviewed your comments with some of them with no make any sense, We realize... your madness wasn't with us but with something or someone else so we wish you all the best and hope you can find the happiness you're looking for. SSC was very responsive and came out within a few days to clean our gutters. This was especially impressive since I waited until January to have them cleaned. They were very professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently without making a mess. I would definitely hire them again!

Despite terrible weather, these guys were among just two companies to return my request. They are advanced on the communications front with text, email and phone accessibility and transparent on pricing. We didn’t ask them to clean the gutters on our detached garage in the original quote but they did them anyhow at no additional charge. We will definitely use them again.

I submitted some information for a quote at the SSC website -- and received a reasonable quote for both window cleaning (interior and exterior) as well as gutter cleaning. As part of the follow-up, SSC sent someone to our house to confirm the quote details (essentially they do an exterior view of the house to firm up the quote based on the number and size of windows, and the extent of the gutters). We scheduled the appointment for a few days later. The team showed up right on time and worked diligently throughout. They cleared and cleaned the gutters --which was relatively easy since it's a fairly new home and the gutters are in good condition. They also cleaned the interior and exterior windows (including some hard to reach high windows in a two-story foyer - and the small transom windows above the garage doors). The employees were very professional and they did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed. The gutters are clean, and the windows are spotless. We are very happy with the work completed.

It has been the third year we have asked SSC to do our windows, and we have been very pleased about the job. They are always responsive and do a very good job overall. This year (2019) we have been even more pleased for being able to use an Angie's List coupon which reduced the price more.

Very easy scheduling for their service and email communication. Due to my day job, it’s much much easier to communicate via email or text, rather than phone calls. They also came out on a Saturday. On time, two men team finished in about 45 mins to 1 hour. We are very happy with the speed and the responsiveness. Will definitely use again for the next cleaning. Thanks!!

Great job and, above all, outstanding customer service. We hired SSC to clean our windows. The crew arrived on time and did a great job with the cleaning. One or two of them did seem quite new at this but as a team they worked well. What confirms the A rating is the customer service received for an issue that ensued. Maybe due to inexperience, one of the crew members accidentally damaged one of our window screens. I reported this to the office and they took care of it immediately. The mesh of the window screen was replaced, and my feedback was well received. Very professional and customer-oriented company.

The online booking process was very simple, and I received both email and text confirmations of scheduling. After driving by my house, the workers eventually found the right address and worked efficiently to clean my gutters in under an hour. They cleaned up afterwards. The workers spoke limited English, which may be an issue if you're completing a more complicated project, but the office staff is responsive if needed. Without getting on a ladder and inspecting the gutters, it seems like they did a good job. Would hire again based on responsiveness and ease of scheduling.
