"Rooster Maintenance was one of two companies that provided an estimate for cleaning our outside windows. Both companies had outstanding ratings, but I chose Rooster because its ratings were more recent. Juan came out promptly to provide an estimate for cleaning outside windows or both outside and inside, which I appreciated. He came out the day after I notified him that I wanted him to do the work. His demeanor is great and he's easy to work with. He is careful with his work, and took extra care with ladder placement after I told him that we'd had several ornamental bushes crushed when ladders were placed for a painting job some years ago. I will use him again and recommend him."

"Turns out my gutters did not need cleaning. New house! I have an enclosed gutter system. What I need is a new roof! He pointed out the problem and explained everything to me.
