Juan came out promptly to provide an estimate for cleaning outside windows or both outside and inside, which I appreciated. He came out the day after I notified him that I wanted him to do the work. His demeanor is great and he's easy to work with. He is careful with his work, and took extra care with ladder placement after I told him that we'd had several ornamental bushes crushed when ladders were placed for a painting job some years ago.
