I would highly recommend just calling them to book your appointment (the online chat is not as helpful). But otherwise super easy to book an appointment. They gave me a call about an hour before the tech was supposed to arrive and he arrived within the expected time. I had Nick as a technician. He was extremely cordial and I appreciated how he brought shoe covers (for when he had to walk around inside my home).
