"I called Marc after another outfit “disappeared” on me before the work was complete. At the initial service call, Marc examined my malfunctioning dishwasher and showed/explained to me why the problem would continue to occur in the 15+ year old machine. He didn’t try to perform a repair that he knew wouldn’t work, and he gave me a break on the service call knowing that I had a big purchase on my horizons. Appreciating his honesty, responsiveness and friendliness, I called on Marc to do the installation once the new machine was purchased. The ~$423 I paid included two service calls, installation and removal of the old machine. As I told Marc, I hope not to see him again for a while, but I know who to call when the need arises. Thank you, Sherman Appliance!"

Since 1977, KAM Appliances has served customers in Cape Cod, Boston, Worcester, Plymouth, Framingham, Hyannis, Hanover, Nantucket, Fall River and Wareham with low prices on appliance products and top notch customer service.

"It did not go well. I live in Virginia and II ordered a dishwasher for my elderly mom back in March. It was delivered on Saturday May 8 and the old one was disconnected and outside on her patio to be picked up by them. They delivered new one but did not pick up the old one. I called within a half hour of them leaving and was told it would be picked up Monday. That did not happen so I called again on Tuesday and was told someone would call me back. That didn’t happen so I called again and was told it would be picked up. It wasn’t so I called again on Friday and was told it would be picked up today. It is still in her yard. Awful customer service and I will make sure she and the rest of my Cape Cod family does not give them business."
