Washing machine was leaking and Stocker Appliance was there the next morning. Kavon diagnosed the issue after taking the machine apart and thoroughly inspecting it. He fixed it efficiently and knew what he was doing. Competent and friendly technician.

We’ve recently reached out to Stocker Appliance for our dishwasher that was was not able to complete a full wash. We kept getting an OE error and water was remaining in the bottom without being fully drained. Ryan was amazing! He was right on point with what the issue was. We purchased the part via an email Ryan had sent. The whole process was so easy and flowed with ease! I would use stocker appliance over and over again. And Ryan is top notch!

Ryan picked up the phone at 230 on a Saturday in the midst of the coronavirus shutdown. My refrigerator had stopped working and all my food that I just bought for the lockdown was going to go to waste. He was at my house by 4:00 and repaired the fridge. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and very courteous. He was my lifesaver.
